What is the name of this pattern and is it Homer Laughlin?

These two pieces appear to match however, the covered dish is older I believe with lots of crazing. They both say semi-vitreous and East Liverpool. The covered dish has a stag marking but the other one has a different mark. The pitcher also has numbers in gold on the bottom but the pitcher is odd I think as it doesn't really have what I would consider a normal spout? Any help identifying these pieces would be greatly appreciated!
