Warwick and Swasticas on the Border Edge of Large Platter

I have a large, very heavy platter, that has little swasticas all around the edge of it. Approx. 200 little swasticas, all in 3 shades of green, light, darker, and then darkest in color. The rest of the platter is white in color. On the underside, in the same green is Warwick, crossed swords, and a knights helmet, facing to the left.
Can someone give a little history on this platter?
