W-309 Pottery Mark - Help ID

I don't have any information about this piece. It is off-white in color and the glaze is very crackled. The mark on the bottom is very hard to see. It appears to say "W-309". It is about 12 inches tall. I would appreciate any help with finding the maker and / or a value for this piece.
