Universal Potteries - Tip Top Refrigerator Jug - Collectible?

I have a piece of pottery from the Universal Potteries, Inc. It has a stamp and a name. It is a Tip Top Refirgerator Jug. It is cream in color and has a decal of a blue fruit bowl on each side.

Is this a collectible?? It is in great condition.
