The Sebring Pottery Co USA

I have an oval serving platter from The Sebring Pottery Co USA. It is marked with the number 4 beside the Ohio State outline and the pattern is:
Farewell KS 384
Warranted 22 K Gold

Does anyone know anything about this? I can't find it on the internet anywhere.
