Soup Tureen w/ Signature (photo)

Hi,

I found this tureen in boxes of old belongings back home. I hadn't seen a tureen with handles like these..I love it! I didn't see a ladle anywhere and am unsure if ladles even come with something like this.

It has a signature at the bottom which I can't decipher. It'd be nice to know where it comes from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
