Single Bird in a Circle - Pottery Mark - Help ID

Been trying to find identify the Pottery Mark on this bowl. It's a Single bird (eagle or phoenix?) in a circle with a mark above it (crown or decorative mark). The letters underneath are difficult to read. I think it looks like M.I.6M.SQ.??

Please help me locate the age and manufacturing info for my serving bowl.
