Recognize this Makers Mark or Artist? (photo)

This is a ceramic compote I acquired with the marking of a capital W on the bottom with lines intersecting, along with the edition # and what I believe to be the artist's signature: either a double "l" or # eleven followed by Dey or Rey-the cursive is ambiguous. Any help is appreciated!
