Pottery Set with an Interesting Mark on Them

I have a set of a few pieces, two small pitchers, two mugs, a small bowl and two dishes. Most have white glaze outside and green inside and they have goats etched on them and the signature is V-J-I. I can't find anything on V-J-I but I think it is probably from the Northeast USA and circa 1950-1960.
