Identify age of Steubenville China JAC plates

I bought 5 just alike at thrift store. They are old because all are crackled. The marks on all are Steubenville China JAC not sure about the C on tha JAC it is unclear on all 5 plates. Can you give me an estimate as to when they were made? They are cream with pink rose bushes in four spots. Two small on the side and two large bushes at top and bottom. Thank you, Shawna
