Help identify Pottery Mark

I have a planter that was probably used for a baby gift. It is an elephant, and its 2 front feet are balancing on a ball. The colors are pink, blue and yellow.

The markings on the bottom are a T in front of a picture of a bell and a #T6685. I would appreciate help identifying this piece. Thank you!
