Help ID Pottery Mark on Vase - Houg Korg Fred???

I am looking for some help. I have a two handled vase that is about 6 1/2 inches tall. The opening is about 3 1/4 inches wide. It looks to have a white Iris that is open with pink/burgandy in the middle and one flower that is closed, stems and leaves also. The color is almost a blue/green? The bottom looks to say Hong Kong Fred or maybe Houg Korg Fred??? There is also 018 on the bottom. I am looking for any info on this piece as I have been searching for the mark for ages and can come up with nothing at all.
