Help ID Bowl - Pottery Mark - Cairo - S.H. & O.

At an estate sale, we purchased a large ceramic bowl (white with blue flowers) that has the words Cairo on the underside along with the initials S.H. & O. We have no idea about its age or value. Can anyone help? Thanks.
