Green Glazed Vase - Please ID Pottery Mark (photos)

I was originally told that this was Newcomb Pottery but experts say no. This is a very nice 4 3/8 inches tall nicely weighted green with hint of carnival glazed art pottery vase. It is probably out of 30's or 40s but not sure. Please help me identify this piece of pottery
