Grandmother's China Set from 20's or 30's (photos)

I have a china set probably dating back to the 1920's or 1930's.

It is bone colored with a liberty blue rim decorated also on the rim in gold pattern.


This was my grandmothers set and I have searched to find more information with no luck at all.

Any information you may provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached a picture of the hallmark and a picture of the pattern as seen on the creamer.
