This is a green back stamped mark on a civil war 16th Reg. O.V.I. Company C. 1861-1865 mug.

Bahl, Perry W Company C Private 9/18/1861 3 years 10/31/1864 mustered out.

Mustered out with company Oct. 31, 1864.

Would like to know maker.
