Ceramic Pig Jug -- Help!

Please help me with this! I have this ceramic pig jug that is hand signed. It is hard to read but looks like "Rosmh"..??? It has a rope handle. Can anyone help me with this? I know nothing about it. I have attached a photo. Thanks so much!
