American Pottery Mark - Oval w/ Eagle Weather Vane

I have a pitcher, 8 inches tall, and four matching glasses, about 4 inches tall,that are a light brown or gray color with a blue oval on the front. In the oval is an eagle weather vane. The marking on the bottom is E - 9306.
