5 Gal Water Cooler - Hart Brand Burley Winter? (photo)

5 gallon water cooler stoneware blue strips No.5 with a heart around it. 5 on bottom line under it. Looking for help finding out more info about this piece. I couldn't find any thing like it on ebay or other web sites. No water coolers in the Burley book. Would help to find email or phone# for new Burley Winter. Any info would be great.
